Nintendo has come out as the king of the mountain this year by topping the Develop 100.
Develop 100 ranks the world’s games development studios in order of them making huge money out of the sales of their games n DLC last year in UK .
Topping the charts has never been a news to Nintendo as they did it in 2007 also and this time they are able to grab the #1 making £203.63m out of their games.One of the shocking turnaround this year is Blizzard who finished at the top spot last year ended up at 80th Position this time.Now thats what I call a slide.
Infinity Ward finds the 2nd spot while EA Canada and Ubisoft (Montreal) sits at 3rd and 4th Respectively.
5th and 6th Spot were taken by Sega and Resident Evil makers Capcom.
Jumping in the Top 10 this time out of no where is Yukes who are into Wrestling games since a long time and now are mostly into the Smackdown Vs Raw and UFC versions sits at #9.
Codemasters Qualilty games including the much improved cricket game Ashes 2009 helps them to sit at no.15.
Despite of the shut down last year Midway Studios Newcastle finds the 90th position generating £3.48m in its end days.
