NVIDIA has recently added a completely new “Quadro” range to its top-end GPU lineup. As rumors directed, this new range exhibits a new generation Fermi design architecture, which thankfully are available in plethora of options to choose from, for mobile and larger workstations.
Following are the models that were unveiled:
For Mobile Devices:

Quadro 5000M

  • 2GB memory
  • 76.8GBps bandwidth
  • 320 CUDA cores

For Workstations:

Quadro 4000

  • 2GB memory
  • 89.6GBps bandwidth
  • 256 CUDA cores

Quadro 5000

  • 2.5GB memory
  • 120GBps bandwidth
  • 352 CUDA cores

Quadro 6000

  • 6GB memory
  • 120GBps bandwidth
  • 448 CUDA cores

The above Workstation cards have, 1-dual-link DVI output, 2-DisplayPort outputs as common.

Quadro Plex 7000

  • 12GB memory
  • 144GBps bandwidth
  • 896 CUDA cores

This exceptional card has 4 dual-link DVI outputs with a max FSAA of 128x. These Quadro range cards have raised the bar up for factors like precise accuracy and fault proofing of simulations. Such a performance is met with the use of double precision floats and ECC memory. Above all this new generation supports DirectX 11 along with OpenGL 4.1.

On a major note;

  • This new range has really low comparative power requirements with additional memory.
  • Absent Mac compatible card.
  • Prices are not yet disclosed.
