Acer has launched a brand new product in the market : The all new Acer Aspire One D255!! It’s the first Acer Notebook, as it claims, that features the new Atom N550 dual-core processor and it clocks at 1.5 Ghz along with a 512 KB L2 cache.
Unlike the Acer Aspire One D260 that made a debut with computing a few months ago, this D255 comes with minor designing tweaks – without chrome accents and glass splitter. But, the N550 is being seen as a drawback mainly because it is lacking in its intel turbo boost feature. Although it comes as an obstruction only when we are using a app that cannot use both the cores, still we would be with a slower notebook.
Still unannounced, the D255 is being expected to make debut with a solid 2GB RAM and a 250 GB Hard drive, running probably on Android!!
