In spite of the fact that Google wave collected a huge interest, it disappeared within a year of launch,even after making it opened to all. Due to this Google was provoked to shut the service down in August.
Moreover, Google relaxed users by making sure that it’ll create some tools to help them extract their content from wave.
But Google wave will be back in action,according to a blog post. Update says it will be:
- Available at least through the end of the year.
- Tools will be there before the end of the year, for the users to export their wave.
On the other hand, Google still declares that it is looking forward to:
- Continue wave and extend wave technology in other Google products.
- Open sourcing more of(Google’s)code.
Although we will not see Wave coming back again in its form, but i guess you wont mind experiencing new features of Wave.
