- Connect your iPhone to your PC with the help of a data cable.
- Go to iTunes.
- Your iPhone will be displayed as icon in the devices section of the iTunes menu.
- Right click on this if you have Windows operating systems and press Ctrl+Enter along with Mac.
- An option box will drop down and a “Back up your iPhone” option will be displayed. Select this option and a complete back-up of all the data present including the SMS conversations in your iPhone will be created.
- Once this is done, disconnect your phone from the computer, and the back-up will get stored in the computer system by default.
