Android 2.3 smartphone and LTE device to be launched by Beetel

Beetel has stepped into the tablet market with the launch of its tablet dubbed Magiq last week. It will soon be launching an Android phone as well as a LTE device, probably in October. The company plans to launch the smartphone that will run on Android 2.3 and the LTE based device somewhere around Diwali. The design and development team of the Beetel is presently working on these devices which the company claims will change the Indian mobile market scenario.

The price is the handset has not been divulged yet, but it is expected to be priced below Rs.9000 which is quite affordable. Also if rumours are to be believed then the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon processor and will have a 3.2 inch display.
