Logitech recently announced a new product that is an absolute must have in case you have a digital tablet. It is basically a speaker bar that clips on to the back of any tablet, transforming it into a boombox that you always want your tablet to be. In case you are one of those people who like to have a lot of house parties and wish that you and your friends could groove the music stored in the memory cache of your tablet, this set of speakers is what you really need.
The speakers may not match the sleek design of your iPad or the Galaxy Tab 10.1 but its uses completely overshadow the looks and that is what it has been introduced for. I’m sure you are not that shallow to rule it out just because it doesn’t really match your tablet. The speakers double as a stand for your tab too and it keeps it in a slanting position which is really helpful in case you are watching a video or movie on your tablet.
Also, the speakers may look slightly heavy, but that is not the case as they are quite light and portable. The speakers are pretty tough and durable too and when a Logitech expert was contacted to know about how tough the product was, he said that it is quite tough and only needs to be protected from sand.
The speakers are wired and is obviously less significant than the wireless speaker for the iPad that is already being manufactured by Logitech, it gets charged with the help of a USB connection and the battery lasts upto 8 hours. The speakers have been priced at $49.99 and will soon be available on the online store of Logitech.
