Samsung Galaxy Y Pro is a touch and type phone from Samsung. The new Samsung Galaxy Y Pro is a sort of upgrade for the newly announced Samsung Galaxy Y. the phone has almost the same features as Samsung Galaxy Y but the only difference is that this phone is touch and type and has a 3.15 MP camera instead of 2 MP. Both the phones are launched in the entry level phones group so they are priced affordably. The phones are priced according to the features and specifications that they have and considering that they are from Samsung so they will be priced close to Rs 10000.
Samsung Galaxy Y Pro has many interesting features and specifications and it is aimed for the young generation people. The youngsters are more passionate about the QWERTY phones and Samsung Galaxy Y Pro provides them just that with an additional touchscreen for better user interface and ease of use. The new phone has a 2.6 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen and displays images with 320×240 pixels resolution. The additional QWERTY keypad is very important as the youngsters like to text a lot and they like to save money on calling plans.
The new Samsung Galaxy Y Pro is powered by an 833 MHz single core ARM processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread just like Samsung Galaxy Y. the phone has an internal memory of 160 MB and the memory can be expanded up to 32 GB. Samsung Galaxy Y Pro has a 3.15 MP as I said earlier and the camera has better features than the camera with Samsung Galaxy Y. battery capacity is also same like Samsung Galaxy Y at 1200 mAh but provides good talk time of 7 hours.
