Viewsonic Launches Viewpad 7x and Announces Viewpad 7e

Viewpad 7e is a budget Android tablet which was announced by Viewsonic. As the prices of Android phones and tablets are coming down, many companies are coming up with many good models and they have added many additional features. If compared to the previous models launched in the market by any manufacturer, the new models released by any company will have better features and will be priced very affordably. The new Viewpad 7e comes at a price of $240. With this Viewsonic has sets an example by launching a tablet in the under $300 price range. The Viewpad 7x which was announced earlier and now it is up for sale and it is priced at $530. The Viewpad 7x is also an Android 2.3 tablet with many good features.

Currently, Viewsonic just announced the launch of its new Viewpad 7e but we do have some specifications with us. The new Viewpad 7e runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and connectivity options are provided through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G. The table also houses an HDMI port for directly connecting your tablet to the HD TV and watching high definition videos. Now, its common sense that the touchscreen is of 7 inches and capacitive in nature and same was size of the touchscreen of the previously announced Viewpad 7x. The new Viewpad 7e comes preloaded with many apps for social networking like Google Talk, Skype and Facebook.

Another interesting thing here is the Amazon application which will allow users to make use of the vast pool of resources form Amazon directly to their tablet. Viewsonic seems to be planning to beat Amazon at its own game here.

The older Viewpad 7x which was previously announced will be launched very shortly and the new Viewpad 7e will be coming by the 4th quarter of this year.
