Although the BlackBerry Tour 9630 was announced and launched around the world a long time ago but it has reached Indian markets very recently. The phone has all the special features as seen in the phones belonging to the BlackBerry family. The phone was announced world over in July 2009 and was then released. The product came to India in August 2011. The phone is available in the Indian market with both CDMA and GSM technology.
The phone is powered by a powerful processor and runs on the BlackBerry OS. The phonies little bit outdated as BlackBerry has many good phones that have very good features and specifications. The BlackBerry Tour 9630 will be dwarfed if we compare the new phones with it. The newest BlackBerry phones run on the new BlackBerry OS 7.0. The phone has an internal memory of 256 MB in which you can store music and video files and data for personal use as well. The memory is expandable to 8 GB through microSD card slots.
BlackBerry did justice with this phone by equipping BlackBerry Tour 9630 with a 3.2 MP rear camera. There is no secondary front camera though. The phone has a 1400 mAh battery that can provide you a maximum talk time of 5 hours before completely running out of juice. Well, I don’t that’s very impressive but it is still not bad enough.
