Samsung were literally harassed by the Apple’s lawyers in Germany and the company lost the opportunity to showcase their upcoming product due to the German court orders. IFA 2011 is being held in Berlin, Germany and Samsung chose this platform to unveil their new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7.
Samsung presented their Tab with label NOT FOR SALE in Germany but the California based company Apple wasn’t even satisfied with this. So, Apple requested the tablet to be pulled from the show and even stop its promotion in Germany. Apple has also spilled the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany and the aggressive Apple is still in the middle of patent battle with Samsung.
Samsung Spokesperson responded to the decision of court-
“Samsung respects the court’s decision, [but the decision] severely limits consumer choice in Germany.”
Well, for the time Apple finally got their wish.
