Philips Xenium 806 is also called as Philips X806 and has been just released in the market. The phone is a dual SIM phone and so the phone does have good chance of success in the market. The new Philips Xenium 806 is quite good as it is dual SIM enabled and one SIM for this phone can be quad band operable. The TFT touchscreen is 3 inches wide and can display images with 256 k colors and 240×400 pixels resolution. One good thing is it has Handwriting recognition which will allow you to enter text in your own handwriting.
Philips Xenium 806 has a 5 MP camera but lacks a front camera and takes pictures with 2560×1920 pixels resolutions. The camera also makes use of autofocus features and LED flash to take superb images with great clarity. You can record videos too with this phone but then remember that it would have just VGA quality. The phone has an internal memory of 47 MB and this is expandable up to 8 GB. Philips Xenium 806 is fitted with a 1530 mAh battery and it is capable of providing you a maximum talk time of 8 hours and a standby time of 720 hours.
